SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States.

Standard Shipping (7-15 Business Days) — $9.99
Free on orders over $49.99

Express Shipping (3-7 Business Days) — $19.99

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped from China. As an international shipment, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at pocketjarco@outlook.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at pocketjarco@outlook.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
